Dr. Evan Pulver is a Michigan native who attended Central Michigan University, studying biomedical sciences in the honors program. Dr. Pulver moved to Houston to teach in Houston ISD with Teach For America, where he met his wife Cara, a native of The Woodlands. They spent time in Dallas while Evan attended Parker College of Chiropractic before returning to The Woodlands area. Dr. and Mrs. Pulver homeschool their 4 children and attend Faith Bible Church. Dr. Pulver loves tennis, reading, and fall in Michigan.
